Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located on the Ground Floor, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). You will collect your name badge, satchel and program from the Registration Desk. We recommend you collect your registration pack prior to the Welcome Reception on Sunday 2 April 2017.

The registration desk will be open at the following times:

Monday 3 April 2017 7.30am – 6.00pm
Tuesday 4 April 2017 8.00am – 6.00pm
Wednesday 5 April 2017 8.00am – 6.00pm

Friday 7 April 2017 8.00am – 12.30pm

Exhibition

The Congress exhibition will be located on the Ground Floor, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) and will be open at the following times:

Congress App

The WCPH 2017 Congress App is more than an onsite tool. The App will provide you with up-to-date information, latest news and notifications relevant to the Congress.

We recommend you download the App prior to arriving at WCPH 2017.


Name Badges

For security purposes, delegates, speakers and exhibitors are asked to wear their name badges to the sessions.


Posters

Electronic Posters will be in displayed on the Ground Floor, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).


Speakers

Please ensure that you are available in your presentation room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. Speakers are requested to report to the Speakers Preparation room at least three (3) hours before their scheduled presentation with their presentation on a USB to allow sufficient time to upload and check their audio visual presentations with the technician.


Catering

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be available during the Congress in the Exhibition area and is included in your registration fee. Please refer to the program for catering times.


Cloakroom and Luggage Storage

Located off the main Convention Centre foyer, providing storage for visitors and delegates belongings.


Dietary Requirements

If you have advised the Congress Secretariat of special dietary requirements, please speak to a member of the catering staff during the designated break times. Menus have been selected to cater to most dietary requirements and venue staff will have a full list of those with special dietary requirements.
