To assist with your arrival and presentation on the day, the following provides useful information about your attendance at the Congress.
The registration desk will be located on the Ground Floor, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). You will collect your name badge, satchel and program from the Registration Desk. We recommend you collect your registration pack prior to the Welcome Reception on Sunday 2 April 2017.
The registration desk will be open at the following times:

Once you have registered, you will be asked to make your way to the Speaker Preparation Room (Level 2, Room 207) three (3) hours before their scheduled presentation. The Program Manager will confirm your presentation room and give you any further instructions.
The audio visual team will upload your presentation in the Speakers Preparation Room. You will have the chance to test your presentation, make any last minute changes and familiarise yourself with the Lectern and equipment.
Speakers are requested to bring their presentation on a USB. If you wish to use your own Mac, you must bring your own connections. The screen ratio for PowerPoint presentations needs to be in 16:9. Venue audio-visual technicians will be available in the Speakers Preparation Room throughout the Congress to assist with any enquiries and troubleshoot.
Please go to your allocated room 15 minutes before the session start time to meet with the Session Chair and familiarise yourself with the room and AV.

During the Congress, you can visit the Media Room or the media stand in the exhibition on the ground floor.

Digital posters will be available to view at any time at the designated poster viewing kiosks located in the exhibition.
Each digital poster presenter has been allocated a 5 minute rapid fire presentation. Rapid fire presentations are scheduled for Lunch and afternoon catering breaks from Monday through Thursday.
